The Day after christmas!

Christmas, what a lovely holiday. Most spend it with family, watching children tearing into presents and eating lots and lots of unnecessary food. Its a great holiday mainly because its Baby Jesus (Pronounced Hey Zeus) < hahahahhahha. But it also is great to most because it brings families together. What happens after all that dazzle and fun is over? The day after Christmas becomes just another ordinary day. A day where everyone recuperates from the stress, the over eating, and being with the relatives that made you realize why you only see them once a year. We have the giant hype for Christmas day, some decorating the day after Thanksgiving, and others just talking and talking about the arrival of Christmas. When the day finally arrives, everyones faces light up and laughter can be heard all over, but the day after....is as quiet as ever. Just another day, a day for kids to play with their new toys and parents to relax before heading back to work. Doesn't really make sense to have all that hype for one day, for the next to just be back to nothing again. Everyone seems to lose their holiday spirit the day after christmas. Its like whats the use, the day came and went...its sad JESUS was born and we just throw him in the dumpster like a prom baby the day after...sad sad sad.

Whelp, i best get back to playing my PS3 now...LOL..

What makes you Happy?

As 2010 winds down, and the air gets colder and small children get greedier greedier, ask yourself this question, What makes you happy? Is it your family, your friends, you significant other, yourself, your job, a combination of all these things and more? That seems like a no brainer question, but look at your list (I know there is more than one thing on it) How many superficial items do you have on your list that you consider to make you happy. Now think about things you take for granted, its a long list too huh? I even bet that you never really think about that either.

For example, a guy i work with recently had an abscessed tooth..it was bad caused him to get really sick, be in a lot of pain and have a giant bubble type thing around his mouth. It was really infected and he was in unbearable pain. I asked him a simple question, Why dont you go to the dr, im sure they can fix that up quickly. He looked at me and said i would if i had insurance or could pay for it. That statement made me think. Here i am asking a simple question that i would never need to ask myself to someone else. I have insurance i have eye, dental, medical i have all of it. I dont even know the last time i went to the dr. Apparently i have like a check up a year or something like that, but i never go. I think the last time i was actually in it for me was when i was 16 for my physical for my drivers permit. Im 21 years old and still have insurance thru my father and I havent been to the dr since then. I go to the dentist twice a year, never think about it, i go to the eye doctor once a year never think about it. And here i am probably made him feel kinda like shit with that question cuz he doesnt have the money or insurance to go and get his pain alleviated. 

Think about those who are hurting this holiday season because their loved one(s) are over seas, in another state, fighting a war etc etc and cant spend the holidays with them. Its sad..and those of us who are not in that predicament probably never think twice about it....so think about what makes you happy and then think about what you take for granted...maybe your list will change for the better.

Chinese and Blindside...what more could be better

Just ordered me some Chicken Lo Mein from Fuji and Jade...soo good and for some reason i have been on a huge kick of it! Blind side comes on at 10 im soo pumped that is my FAVORITE movie...whats missing..lots of things but this is great for now! I love how the apt is all quiet, no annoyance just quiet and relaxing. The Steelers won today that was an added bonus!!!!!!

In Other news....This weekend was AMAZING. Great freinds, great drinks, great memories..great everything all around. Sure do miss that!!!! It was epic and everyone played a part in the epic weekend. So thank you all you wonderful souls who made this weekend extraordinary! THis coming week i have no finals, just work. So i plan on laying around not doing a damn thing just enjoying doing nothing not having to get up early just being wonderful! I love life at this particular moment in time.

only thing missing is my coop coop and my cuddler and it would be set. Okay imma wait till the asian man gets here so he can talk to me and i have absolutely no flippin idea what hes saying to me! and then watch Blind Side to end this perfect weekend!

I can see the stress rolling off

Today is an Epic day my friends....a VERY epic day! Today was my LAST Philosophy Class that i will ever take..that class was like a serial killer who killed babies...WRONG! I just handed in my Final, and notebook...lets just keep our fingers crossed that i receive at least a C! In other news...im officially done with other classes EXCEPT for my policing class...which...i have a minor short quiz tomorrow that if you have a B in the class you dont really need to take it..but i am cuz im a good student! I just love this feeling, the feeling of freedom..not being tied down by the ridiculous demands of Penn State..and how their only goal in life is NOT to educate,but ot steal your money and make you feel like a crazy prisoner that belongs to Penn State Forever!

In Other news, im officially a bitch..and i LOVE IT!!!!!!! Also, the one the only and the amazing Carrie is flying from South Carolina to PA today, and then we are partying like theres no tomorrow!!! This should be intreststing...ALSO..why do people feel the need to make out while sitting in the hub like really..fucking go back to your dorm you over sexed fuckers!
Last night i had a RIDIC nose bleed, it was more like watery then blood, and it was everywhere. It covered my face, neck hands, i looked like i just killed someone..it was crazy..and now my throat is a little off...and my nose is stuffy...poor me :D

OKay well imma just veg out..maybe go get something to eat..walmart later possibly McDOnalds for dinner to celebrate the wonderful news that Philosophy is over..but who knows. Peace out my wonderfuls!

What Do You Do?

What do you do when you want to fix something, or something has gone wrong, and you have no idea how to fix it but want to fix it more than anything. What do you Do?

What do you do when you lost someone you love and all you want to do is rewind time. Go back to that place in time when it was wonderful with that person. What do you do?

What do you do when your best friend in the whole world is going through a rough time and you dont know how to get the right words out to comfort them? Or what do you do when you want to get them help, but you just have no idea what to do. What do you do?

What do you do when you see someone stealing from a store? what do you do?

What do you do when your world has become a rainstorm and you have no idea where the umbrella is? what do you do?

Everyday people encounter obstacles that the answer isnt as clear as we would like it to be. What do you do when times get rough...or you just dont know how to help a friend out? what do you do in situations that aren't favorable?
